3. What are the individuals’ responsibilities?
Individuals must maintain healthcare coverage for themselves or pay a penalty.
 
4. What is the policy on young adult children?
Children under 26 are permitted to stay on their parents’ insurance coverage.
 
5. Are foreign companies included?
Foreign companies in the U.S. who employ 50 or more citizens or legal residents in the U.S. must comply with the law.
